Goodbye Summer On To A New Season

Rise and shine cause here comes a new season.   I love the song taken from the Book of Ecclesiastes:

To everything there is a s season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.A time to be born, and a time to die, a time to plant, a time to reap that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; and a time to die; a time to plant; a time to reap that which is planted;a time to weep, and a time to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; and a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away a time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silent and a time to speak, a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

This makes me consider what season am I in at this moment.  What is being birthed, what is dying, what should I be planting, what can I reap and build up? Just today I was weeping because my kids are so grown up, and a short time later laughing about the possibility of a funny business venture with a friend. 


I love the beach and the way the waves represent change and growth.
